How can I learn more about the application process?

What if I'm a non-traditional undergraduate applicant?

Undergraduate students might also fall into a non-traditional category, whether they are take college courses for the first time or are seeking another degree. 

  • Individuals who are looking to obtain a first bachelor’s degree from ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳’s College on a part-time basis should use the .
  • Individuals without a bachelor’s degree who are looking to take undergraduate courses without obtaining a degree from ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳’s should use the .
  • Individuals who have a bachelor’s degree and would like to take undergraduate courses should use the .
  • Individuals who hold a bachelor's degree but are interested in the  using our post-baccalaurate application.

What do I need to do if I am a high school student?

  • Complete the application in its entirety.
  • Be sure your SAT or ACT scores will be forwarded. We will accept either direct reports from the testing service or test scores included on an official high school transcript.
  • If you are choosing the Test Optional application decision, you must select that option on the application for it to be processed.

Please submit any college/university transcript other than ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳'s College indicating course work completed.

What do I need to do if I am a parent?

  • Please complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
  • ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳'s College Federal School Code is 003282 (This code must be entered correctly on the FAFSA in order for ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳'s College to receive access to your federal record.)
  • Please report your social security number accurately on both the application for admission, financial aid application, and the FAFSA.

When do I need to apply?

Undergraduate first-year students: ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳’s College offers three admission plans depending on your college search process. Early Action is for students who want to be among the first to know their admission status, Early Decision is for candidates who are sure that ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳’s College is right for them, but Regular Admission is the option most students choose. Transfer students: Admission is offered on a rolling basis. For specific application dates, please contact admissions@kings.edu.

Graduate and Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ABSN) students: Each of our graduate degrees and the ABSN program has specific enrollment guidelines, deadlines, and applications. Refer to the Graduate Application Guidelines page for program applications, start terms, and deadlines.

What is the difference between each type of applicant?

A first-year applicant is classified as any student who has not enrolled in any college credit after graduating from high school or has not yet graduated from high school.

A transfer applicant is any student who has enrolled in at least one hour of college credit after graduating high school.

A graduate student is an individual who has already earned a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and is enrolled in a master’s, doctoral, or professional degree program.
