won gold in the 1,500 meter run, while earned two medals today as the ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳'s College outdoor track and field teams finished the final day of the 2025 Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) Outdoor Track and Field Championships.
The women's team finished third overall with 85 points, the best finish for the women's program at the outdoor championships in program history. The men's team placed 10th with 34 points.
On the Track
200 Meter Dash
placed eighth overall in 26.44 seconds. Widener's Mariam Koita won the event in 25.00 seconds.
400 Meter Dash
earned a spot on the podium, finishing fifth in a program-record time of 58.65 seconds, topping her previous time of 59.16 seconds from the Danny Curran Invitational. Isabella Shanley of Stevens was the top finisher in 57.11 seconds.
took fourth overall, crossing in 48.16 seconds, while took eighth in a personal best time of 49.96 seconds. Widener's Samuel Knowles won the event in 47.19 seconds.
800 Meter Run
placed seventh overall with a personal best time of 1:56.43. Elijah McKell of Lebanon Valley had the top time of 1:52.19.
1,500 Meter Run
brought home the gold medal in the event in 3:56.36.
100 Meter Hurdles
claimed her second medal of the weekend in the event as she collected the bronze medal in a program-record time of 15.28 seconds, topping her previous time of 15.37 seconds from the Danny Curran Invitational. Widener's Kayla Robinson won the event in 15.01 seconds.
4x100 Meter Relay
The women's team of , , , and finished seventh overall in 50.55 seconds. The team from Widener won the event in 47.65 seconds.
The men's team of , , , and placed eighth in 42.74 seconds. The team from Misericordia topped the field in 41.60 seconds.
4x400 Meter Relay
The women's team of , , , and crossed in 4:09.23 to finish ninth overall. The team from York topped the field in 4:00.91.
The men's team of , , , and finished just off the podium in ninth with a program record time of 3:22.46. The team from Misericordia won the event in 3:15.83.
In the Field
Pole Vault
brought home the silver medal in the event as she cleared a height of 3.55 meters. Hannah Witter of Messiah won gold with a height of 3.60 meters.
Triple Jump
had a podium finish in the event, placing sixth overall with a mark of 13.72 meters, while placed 14th with a jump of 12.68 meters. recorded a mark of 12.48 meters, while posted a jump of 11.45 meters. Widener's Matayo McGraw was the top finisher with a mark of 15.25 meters.
Shot Put
ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳'s put three throwers on the podium in the event, led by in fourth with a mark of 12.67 meters, while placed fifth with a personal best toss of 11.93 meters. finished eighth with a personal best throw of 11.35 meters to round out the podium finishes. took 12th in the field of 35 with a mark of 10.95 meters, while placed 18th with a toss of 10.46 meters. Widener's Kayla Robinson won the event with a throw of 12.98 meters.
led the Monarchs in the event as he finished ninth with a mark of 13.84 meters, while placed 16th out of 26 throwers with a personal best throw of 12.72 meters. York's Andrew Mott was the top finisher with a toss of 17.89 meters.
Javelin Throw
brought home her second medal on the weekend as she earned bronze with a mark of 36.81 meters, while placed 13th with a throw of 29.76 meters. Kaitlyn Snyder of Lebanon Valley had the top mark with a toss of 38.09 meters.
led a pair of Monarchs as he placed 11th with a mark of 49.09 meters, while finished 14th with a throw of 46.78 meters. Michael Defalcis of Lebanon Valley was the top finisher with a toss of 64.27 meters.
